I’m a senior strategist* based in the UK, but have lived and worked in both Amsterdam and Portland Oregon.

What *that actually means is I just like to pick apart problems and challenges…you know, really get to understand them. I get my professional energy from finding ways to optimise or improve things.

It’s just the way my brain works. I blame Lego and choose your own adventure books as a kid.

I’m an empath so I always start with the people. I listen, ask questions, and observe the experience they’re having or would like to have.

I’ve done this (pretty successfully) across marketing, brand comms, product, and membership for nearly 20 years.

I’ve done it for some of the world's biggest commercial brands, and I’ve done it for some NGOs that you’ve definitely heard of.

Additionally, I like things on bread and riding bikes (mainly mountain bikes). Both bring me an enormous amount of joy.
